At least one killed, dozens missing in Sindhupalchok landslide

DHULIKHEL: One individual has been discovered lifeless whereas dozens are nonetheless lacking after a landslide hit two villages of Barhabise Municipality-7 of Sindhupalchok on Saturday evening.

The landslide triggered by incessant rainfall swept away 10 homes in Bhirkharka and eight homes in Nagpuje, each in Ghumthang of the municipality final evening, knowledgeable Barhabise mayor Nimphujo Sherpa.
